Hi my name is Sophin.. I’m around the Philly,Delco area.. if you are having a hard time pronouncing my name the “H” is silent, I go by “Pin” also... one of those Asians with a difficult name lol. I’m looking to invest in residential properties but first want to buy my first home to live in but don’t know how or where to start... I’m currently a dealer... casino dealer that is lol...working two jobs rent. Been taking baby steps trying to gain financial freedom.
