Paul (the only three in Dakota County) and of course there are others spread around the TC metro (full disclosure, I am associated with these communities).

It also allows me to choose which books I need in written format for further notes and evaluation without paying full retail for them until I know.

Ideally, response with a full color analysis would be appreciated instead of just individual pieces. 

The rec building would also have a full kitchen to include multiple refrigerators and stoves for cooking.

I currently have a full time job as a Sales manager for residential Solar and I want to build a RE portfolio on the side and build a second source of income and, possibly in the future take RE full time.     

If you sign that document knowing full well that you will leave in less than a year, then you are committing fraud. 

With a full time job, and just entering into real estate and beginning to build my team, my bandwidth and capacity is maximized. 

I'm really looking forward to taking full advantage of everything here.

So far I've complete a medium level rehab on a dilapidated property (Middletown) that's been in my family since the 1950s/1960s  which is currently a rental property I manage for my mother, done a moderate amount of repairs on her house (Middletown), and purchased my own fixer upper (4 unit house-hack in Caldwell) where I've done a full rehab on one unit and medium to light work on the other units.

My goals consist of starting out with Single family (already have my first deal picked out, and in negotiations) then quickly moving into Multifamily and then growing it from there.I do my research and I'm always expanding my knowledge, I don't do anything with out full commitment and I'm looking for the same from a partner.I've always had a way of finding deals in my life (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Craigslist, etc. ) and I'm more motivated than ever to find them since being introduced to real estate investing.
