New Invester from Bradenton, Fl
Hey everyone,
Im brand new to the RE investing world and just wanted to say hey and I'm really looking forward to being apart of this massive community. I currently have a full time job as a Sales manager for residential Solar and I want to build a RE portfolio on the side and build a second source of income and, possibly in the future take RE full time.
My current short term goal is just starting a portfolio, once I do my due diligence and study as much as a possibly can to mitigate my risks. I am from Tampa, FL and specifically Bradenton area and looking to get into buying and holding potentially and possibly other strategies in the future. Looking forward to learning as much as possible and at this point I'm an open book. Looking to build a team and network as much as I can. Any thoughts, recommendations, and ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.
