Chattanooga, TN Investing looking to build a nice portfolio

Hello BP Community,

New guy here from Chattanooga, TN and I'm looking to make connections in the area and expand my knowledge in real estate investing.

I would like to meet or talk with anyone who has the similar goals as mine.

My goals consist of starting out with Single family (already have my first deal picked out, and in negotiations) then quickly moving into Multifamily and then growing it from there.

I do my research and I'm always expanding my knowledge, I don't do anything with out full commitment and I'm looking for the same from a partner.

I've always had a way of finding deals in my life (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Craigslist, etc. ) and I'm more motivated than ever to find them since being introduced to real estate investing.

I'm currently a GIS Analyst at a Utility company but in 5-7 years I want to do real estate full time after my portfolio can provide a comfortable passive income.

I'm not afraid of Risk or being rejected, I have the motivation to find the deals and wand to meet up with anyone who wants to chat about real estate.

Thank you guys for time and I hope to hear from you soon
