You don't want to get them too fresh or folks get really upset. 

That unit would be 'storage' until sometime down the road (after bank financing), when the owner wanted to finish out the kitchens, bath, etc... and get more rent.My thought, is that if the plex needs a lot of work, there might be one kitchen that needs to be ripped out, at which point you can call the unit storage.  

I heard that renting containers for inventory and storage is a viable business.

It cost me thousands after filing fees, lose of income, and the best part was I even had to pay for the moving truck for her belongings to be sent to a storage facility for one month that I also had to pay for. 

Back splash, refurb the cabinets (they look sturdy), fancy faucet, possibly tile kitchen floor (easy to do yourself btw) fresh paint....Onto the bathrooms.....tile the showers and get fixtures that make it look trendy.

It can mean extra storage where the water heater used to be.

After a fresh rehab, with durable materials put into the house, and a manager referred to me by other investors in the area..

It is like an attic where you can make it nice and use it for storage or for kids to play.

I want to have storage units built in the basement of one of my buildings to generate extra income.
