I think in 2022, this Federal Reserve acted more responsibly in the long-term interests of our country than any other central bank in the world, and made the hard, right choices, to preserve the dollar's status as the world's reserve currency for perhaps a few more decades at least.

Not only are properties appreciating every year but rent rates have been growing incredibly fast, sometimes double digits for several years in a row.

Years ago, when interest rates were decreasing and decreasing from double digit highs, many LO's positioned themselves solely as refinance experts. 

However, recently, we don’t look good on the housing market, so we are currently selling all our double digits properties on MLS now.  

Unfortunately I don't know of any that are really up to date, particularly in the digital era (online auctions etc).

This day and age, it's also easy enough to have the PM send before&after digital pics of significant repairs.

In real estate, including appreciation, your return can easily be in the double digits.
