Lying is very serious charge for an agent.. it could lead to fruad in the inducement of contract and all other manner of bad things for them.. 

Doing it my self costs apx $500... an attorney probably charge 1500-2000.The goal is to be poor on paper but control alot!

The payments are managed by an escrow company and they keep track of payments and calculate interest and charge late fees if need be according to the agreement with the seller.

hello all, I'm a veteran, and I just landed a client that is 100% disabled, in my efforts to exercise due diligence in regards to his best Interest,(he's a buyer) I need to know what all I should look for, in regards to giving him the best representation, I know that his funding fee will be refunded(if he's charged one) and that he should have zero tax liability, but is there anything I'm missing?

They charge 18cent per lead.

Baring in mind the larger the down payment the more the risk of loss is offset.All seller finance should stay away from ideas of charging points at origination.

Yes, the license was a surprise to me as my rental property is zoned SFR, which is what they charge for licensing in this area.

I don't charge application fees, so I can be a bit more general.  

I don't tip in the traditional sense but I will add $20 sometimes to what I'm being charged and say something like, " I really appreciate you working me into your busy schedule...
