The payments are managed by an escrow company and they keep track of payments and calculate interest and charge late fees if need be according to the agreement with the seller.

hello all, I'm a veteran, and I just landed a client that is 100% disabled, in my efforts to exercise due diligence in regards to his best Interest,(he's a buyer) I need to know what all I should look for, in regards to giving him the best representation, I know that his funding fee will be refunded(if he's charged one) and that he should have zero tax liability, but is there anything I'm missing?

Baring in mind the larger the down payment the more the risk of loss is offset.All seller finance should stay away from ideas of charging points at origination.
