Need some insight on working with 100% disabled vets

hello all, I'm a veteran, and I just landed a client that is 100% disabled, in my efforts to exercise due diligence in regards to his best Interest,(he's a buyer) I need to know what all I should look for, in regards to giving him the best representation, I know that his funding fee will be refunded(if he's charged one) and that he should have zero tax liability, but is there anything I'm missing? First VA homebuing client thanks.
