A Ford Focus will get you down the road just fine, but my Mustang is a lot more fun to drive.

They have some local meet ups as well which sound fun.

I don't know if you can count on casinos to drive a bunch of growth.

It should be fun.

I just think it's really fun to drive and I got a really sweet deal on it when I bought it in early 2009.

That's not fun.

Sometimes less trades, less PM, more trip charges, etc...might be one plumber, one electrician, one AC guy in town...so if you don't like them or their prices it is not as fun when you need things done....or if you do it yourself and there's no ACE hardward, then you're stuck driving 1hr or so to HD and Lowes in another city.

Throw in a couple roommates at $1000 or $1100 per room in the nicer apartment and you have a successful house hack in a fun town.

A $3500 surprise is not fun.
