Investing In Massachusetts newbie

Faith Gracia
Posted

Hi guys!

I’m looking to get into real estate investing. It’s been a goal of mine for years, but I’m a college student and finding the time and money has been challenging! I’m graduating in a few weeks and have saved a bit of money along the way. I live in Massachusetts which has a very high market, so that alone makes investing more challenging! Anyone have any recommendations investing in Massachusetts? Locations? Strategies? Rentals, wholesaling, flipping?

Thanks!!

I'm in the same spot!! MA can be tricky to get into but it just pushes us to think of more creative ways of financing. Good luck!!
