I have been attending college for about four years; I obtained my Associate in Science, I conducted behavioral research as an intern for one year, I became Vice President of Leadership in Phi Theta Kappa local chapter, and I was active in school activities.

My name is Dustin and I am currently on Active Duty with the US Coast Guard stationed in Cape Cod, MA.  

Tips would be just get active and don't be afraid to invest what's considered bad areas. 

I would also recommend posting to any San Diego specific forums on here or doing a post on the specific neighborhood to see if any active investors have a keyword set up for that.  

And be as active on here as you can.

Treat this activity like you would any marketing activity and track the results but we have had great results.
