I called my go to plumbing company and they were there the same day and fixed the problem immediately.

I found and approved new tenants in January within 5 days of listing the home.

I asked the tenant for that yesterday and his reply was "I am having a bad day." 

Maybe there is some overlap or specific skill set you have that would roll over to real estate investing nicely!

I personally think it is well worth it - maybe not a full service designer - but now a days you can book someone online to just help you get a vision. 

Syndications are probably a little more risky these days.

Divide that by the years that they have owned a house, divide that by the days of the year.

Like a lot of folks have mentioned Furnished Finder, Facebook, Airbnb and VRBO for 30+ day stays. 

@Lou Bar- thanks ...all lenders should be in the same ballpark  with pricing options  BUT .....they  will likely also vary ....best thing to do if needing a loan is to contact several lenders on the same day / use the same  criteia /  get  quotes for the scenario and  then make a decsion on using  one for the loan or the  pre approval ...also keep in mind that loan pricing  changes daily
