In doing so, you have to make adjustments in price to compensate for the difference in property type and condition.That would be the "technical" way to do it. 

Fannie Mae guidelines/requirements is the Title needs to be "quiet" (I forget the technical term) for 6 months. 

The inside of it looks really nice actually, but it is a property that was built in 1840 and is marked as a historical structure, so I would need to only do repairs that coincide with keeping it technically historical.
