Apartment Syndications And How To Tap Into Huge Profits
I’m a very strong advocate of apartment investing and in my view, buying apartment buildings is the best of all possible investment vehicles.
If you’d love to own an apartment complex and want to learn the secrets of how to do it accurately and effectively, make sure you check out my blog post:
Apartment Syndications And How To Tap Into Huge Passive Income Profits
I answer questions like these:
How much does it cost to put a syndicate together?
When should you syndicate a deal?
When are you allowed to accept an investor’s money?
I hope you find the post helpful and please leave a comment or let me know what other questions you have that this article doesn't cover.

Syndicator, sponsor and General partner are all often used interchangeably. A syndicator is someone who raises money, so the technically would not have to have ownership or much ownership of the deal. A sponsor is typically reserved for the company that is fully running the deal. They are in control of the decisions. A general partner is one of the ownership partners, but could have as small as a fraction of a percentage of ownership.
I my companies case we are all 3 and I believe that is the case for Brian as well.
