I found a flip deal in canoga park but its on a street that has spetic tanks and basically i am thinking if this will deter buyers and or if i can find a way to hook up to the sewer line (assuming that they exist)...I would be more than happy to spend the 5-10k to get a mainline in place or what not assuming this is a viable option....how can i look this information up?

With your numbers you would be better off placing the down payment in an index fund putting 1800/yr into it, and anticipating 5% returns and you would do BETTER with less headache and uncertainty.Then just down the street I bought a 4b/2ba house that was 1500 sq ft in Sterling Heights with Utica Schools it was $92K which needed $13k in work.
