I'm helping a friend pick the best title for her Airbnb listing. It's a cute house but you have to drive thru a rough-looking (but safe) neighborhood to get to it. We're trying to pick a title that would set the guest's expectations to overlook the bad until they get to the good. Please tell me your favorites out of the following 10 titles.

- Up the Street for Peace

- Cozier Than You May Think

- Peaceful Retreat After the Strom

- Beauty in the Wilderness

- Beauty in the Roughness

- A Gem Just Past the Rough

- The Calm Retreat in the Strom

- Destination Worth the Journey

- Diamond Just Past in the Rough

- Diamond Just Past the Rough

Unless your friend is hosting local guests, I wouldn't mention the location in the title at all.  Guests are renting places based upon the photo's, amenities, and proximity of where they want to be.  Describe the PLACE for what it is, not the neighborhood.  Further, for SEO and Airbnb search sake, the terms you use are important in the placing on Airbnb and web searches - so choose carefully.
