I hear a lot of syndicators targeting B and C class assets in order to reposition and safegaurd against market fluctuations.

Kyle should put steel wool under the floor of the sink in that area and go under the structure and find the access point near that kitchen area.

I'm a teacher(band director) and I love my job. 

Although there are some really nice framed homes in B and C class areas.

I'd look into modular construction, there's alot being done in commercial, as well as housing, also steel buildings, maybe tilt up concrete, helping to shave some time off.It seems to me it's an area where you need to think outside the box both time and weather conditions.

Have you thought about looking into b and c areas for value added flips?

It has been redefining itself from a steel town to a medical/tech hub the past 5 or so years.
