Everything he's doing from an advertisement standpoint appears to be perfectly legal and in line with the SEC's requirements, from my totally non-lawyer standpoint.It takes a LOT more paperwork and time to put together that kind of a fund, compared to the 506(b) and 506(c) syndications most investors here do.

I'd look into modular construction, there's alot being done in commercial, as well as housing, also steel buildings, maybe tilt up concrete, helping to shave some time off.It seems to me it's an area where you need to think outside the box both time and weather conditions.
