Specifically in southern Westchester there's a lot of condos between Yonkers and White Plains was my initial reaction. 

In the north because of the price range is higher generally rehabs are longer so that it sats skews In favor of the southern suburbs. 

For me, Southern NJ / Areas near Camden Country area would be great.

Howdy all just looking for some insight from other brokers, lenders and investors in the area and beyond..I've posted regarding the state of the Oregon & southern California Coastal market, and as expected we've seen housing and market activity pick up notably in the past 3-4 weeks. 

We are from southern California, so what are some expenses we might be caught off guard by?

I have stumbled upon a piece of property here in Southern MD that has a 14x60' trailer with a 4500 sq. ft storage building attached to it.

The beauty and crap part of southern California is that almost all the houses are track housing.

Following one of  the trends of millennials moving to generally southern, smaller towns in search of cheaper prices, better taxes, young vibe: I see that holding (Nashville, baton rouge, Raleigh, charlotte,  Ashville, Charleston, lots of Florida) My Insight to share:I have experience in Coastal SC and Savannah (lived there 5 years -Bluffton, Hilton head, Savannah).

Like in southern orchards that's ohio and champion. in franklinton that's dakota or cypress.  

Flood zones are an issue generally in the Southern half of the city.
