I know where they live, their employer, income, social insurance number, credit score, age etc. etc. etc. fairly easy to find out where I live even if I had not provided them the information.

@jscot @Brandon Turner I am reading The book on flipping Flipping Houses that I bought on bp a few days ago and like it very much a step by step approach on everything specially for new flippers but I could not find the excel version of those downloadable files that we can use to make our scope of work .Can any out there suggest me some downloadable excel file templates to use for our scope of work.I tried the file area on bigger pockets but did not like as much as I liked the one in the book.Please help me .

They do between 5 to 8% depending on credit score. up to 90% LTV which actually is not up to them but the investor they are getting the money from.
