After spending over 18 years in the healthcare industry, primarily in Nutrition & Wellness, Quality & Risk Management, Patient Safety and Performance Improvement I've decided to do something a little different.

What I'm looking for is some quality education sources I can use to learn this area of investing. 

What is the ppsqft for new comparable quality construction selling for and do not pay more than 65% of this... my 2 sense.  

Decent priced, honest and quality work is what we are looking for.

The quality of the renovation, what features are needed.  

Do something quickly and to a high standard, but then it will not be cheap.Do something quickly and cheaply, but it will not be of high quality.Do something with high quality and cheaply, but it will take a relatively long time.

I am a fairly strong credit quality borrower and would be willing to have a deposit account with the bank.  

I wasn't concerned about the quality of work they did because I seen them on another job and the work was good.
