Pulling the lists from Realist/Title Company and providing them to a third party service that pulls numbers/emails to then prospect.Are there preferred service providers for pulling numbers/emails that you guys use once you've got a targeted list?

There'd just be too many for your needs.Drive your target area, write down all the addresses of the properties that interest you.  

You may want to check with the local city office to try to obtain a list if you're targeting these types of properties.

It is a specialty market that you must fully understand to target for success.
