I have tried to find more info on here regarding specifically Multi-Fam owners lists.  Currently I can go online and get FARM lists from the title company only I know those aren't complete lists.

I would buy a lists if someone knew of a good source for them, I have even went as far as searching for the Apartment in Aparment Finders then searching Secretary of the State for the owners address which works great only take forever!

I'm doing a staggered mailing which works only I need more names to mail to.

Either you pay generally for a mediocre to crappy list or you put in the work to create your own database.

It is a bunch of work and follow up but on large deals it can be worthwhile. I have made 60,000 commission before on a 40 cent mailer to an apartment owner.

Targeted and a laser focus list of properties with specific buyers for that size and range tends to work best.
