I guess it has always been the unbalanced loads that have always gotten me out to the property to level the units out which I was trying to avoid but nothing is perfect that's for sure.

It may not have been the best/perfect choice (I second guess myself daily), but I set it in motion and I'm keeping at it. 

We typically don't manage other people's properties, unless both the owner and the property are perfect fits.
