Personally I prefer reading and have a job that affords me hours at a time to do so, so I’ve bought BiggerPockets books and other business and real estate books and recommended books online.

All have groups on FB and do both in person and online meetups.

I am new to investing in raw land and it seems there is no shortage of online resources and educational programs in which to enroll.

Found Online, bought sight unseen, paid full asking price as it was priced right.

Shorten my learning curve, yes we all could get free knowledge online may or may not help so you can spend endless amount of hours & not be ahead but just have knowledge. 3.

I am just at the point where I need to branch out and start meeting people whether it be online or in person or both. 

Would love to connect with someone building locally, though if you have trusted online resources for PSF ranges, I could make do there for a pro forma.Thanks!

This is one of my pet peeves: people are not comfortable buying real estate sight unseen but will put 50k into a company they know nothing about because a buddy told them about it or they read an article online. 

I'm up for meeting via zoom/online or in person.
