New Here/Being a REI and a SAHM?

Hi Everyone! My name is Shaina, I am new to the online forum, but I have been listening to the podcasts for a long time. I am married and we have 3 wonderful children. I homeschool my 7 & 5 year old and we also have a 2 year old. We recently relocated from WA state to Ocala, FL to invest in real estate full time (currently our plan is SFHs and duplexes, a mix of flips, STRs and buy&holds). My current struggle, is finding balance and finding where I fit into our REI dream, as my husband and I are in this together. So far- he runs the remodels, and I have been trying my hand at acquisitions and taking care of legal/insurances/bookkeeping etc.

Any SAHM,REI veterans out there with pro tips? What parts of REI do you find work well with the SAHM life?

I am enjoying browsing the archives to gain knowledge from you all, and I am excited to be a part of this community!
