First duplex is at Tuxedo park - North of Washington st and east of N Sherman Dr Second is near Lawrence  (kind of) North to 21st st. and west to N Arlington aveThe numbers look almost similar 70k both houses, same rent 650$-750$ per side (both duplexes)the only difference is the ARV - looks like the first one (built 1910) will be 100k and the second (built 1949) 80k.Any insight on those areas/details?
