Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Gordonsville.

I had a property signed over to me by a family member. I am ecstatic about the opportunity. Right now, I am performing due diligence.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had been looking to invest in real estate for about a year, but did not have the cost to do so. This deal was very low cost for me, so I went for it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was in a family members possession.

How did you finance this deal?

N/A

How did you add value to the deal?

I let them know that I would try my best to keep the house in the family and never sell it. I had the time to put into it.

What was the outcome?

N/A

Lessons learned? Challenges?

N/A

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I did not.
