The older generations valued things, newer value experience.

I have now decided that I want to do direct mail marketing in order to generate deals that I can buy and hold via seller finance,  or lease option,  or wholesale,  to raise capital for my buy and hold goals. 

Some anchors in a center such as a Starbucks or a Davita Dialysis will do the 10 years.The small operators like to keep flexibility to move so they like shorter term leases generally with the flexibility to exercise the options or not.What are the rents being paid for base per sq ft?

I can install Google Analytics to measure how much traffic my website is generating, which allows me to then install a code for retargetting ads that will follow that site visitor.

Looking to try a different approach for lead generation aside from Zillow/Realtor.com and was wondering if anyone has used this site before?

I mostly think it is because they may not get the power of real estate and what it can do for long term even multi-generational wealth. 

Well I sure think I'm paying the Realtor since it is from the proceeds that I generate as the buyer that is paying the Realtor's commissions.   

Our overall strategy is to acquire and flip houses in order to generate capital to buy revenue producing properties (apartment complexes ect.) 

I listened to a webinar recently about a man renting someone's place and then re-renting it on Airbnb and generating income off of that.

Real Estate Investing is not supposed to be a way to generate income when you have none.
