@Dimitriy Fomichenko - this is very helpful, thank you.I did confirm my plan allows for loans 2 x $50k (I don't recall if that's over the lifetime of the loan though).When I spoke to my HR rep, they didn't mention rollovers so I'm hoping they know what they are talking about as well.I'll continue to investigate.thanksRob

I am selling my two other properties, and may go back to buying again with 203 k....I am hoping that the max of 4 -203 k is not over the lifetime and it only applies to current holdings.
