What to do with $100,000

Hello BiggerPockets,

I don't mean this as a hypothetical or click-bait question. I am within a few years of retirement and looking to diversify my stock heavy portfolio. I am in the process of moving ~$100,000 into a Self Directed IRA (SDIRA) with the goal of investing in real estate.

At this point I have a demanding full time job and can't devote the time and energy required for flipping or property management.  So I need something passive.  Of course I am open to suggestions.  I would be interested in hearing your input on some of the areas I have been considering.  Things like Turnkey properties, Crowdfunding, Notes, Partnering providing funding.

So what would you do with $100,000 if you were in my situation.

Thanks,

Mark Senecal
