Most of us here wouldn't bother to sniff this deal....let alone put the effort you have into it....I hope it works out well for you or maybe you'll get lucky and discover another deal killer in the inspection so you can walk away and save yourself the headaches!

It is because of my personal mentor plus the BP forums, blogs, and especially podcast that I am in this position.The deal hasn't gone through yet, but I am learning a lot and now know that it is possible to start somewhere!
