Newbie to BP and Wholesaling
Looking to network with fellow CT Wholesalers. I am also interested in building a buyer's list (doesn't have to be long, but solid). Thank you - Natasha

I have been active for 3 months. I gave myself 90 days to find my first deal and decided not to go it alone. In this time, I've gained a partner (a good friend) and mentor from our first "failed" deal.
We have been rocking and rolling since the beginning of the year. We make at least 3 offers a week and we have 3 properties under contract now. Our buyers list is active and organic - it includes REIA members, BP folks, personal contacts, and referrals from folks we meet.
I say partner with someone - don't go it alone, @Brandon Turner says, 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing!!!
