Introduction & First Investment

Hey all, my name is Jared, and I am a new investor, if I can even call myself that yet. I am currently living in the Provo, Utah area.

I wanted to give a shout out to all those green investors (green as in "new"). I am currently in the process of negotiating my first seller-financed deal. It is because of my personal mentor plus the BP forums, blogs, and especially podcast that I am in this position.

The deal hasn't gone through yet, but I am learning a lot and now know that it is possible to start somewhere!

Welcome to BP @Jared Christian

I'm down in Spanish so we should do lunch sometime! I'm pretty green as well will just a few properties down in St. George.

Good luck on the deal!
