@Lee S.Understand too that your LLC still must be registered in the state(s) you do business in and you'll be considered a "foreign corporation" (an LLC not formed in your state), expect higher filing fees and operational expenses.

The potential legal structure of the entity that would be purchasing the multi family property would be an S-Corp or LLC with 3-5 investors.

I have someone working on a logo for me and my next step is to order business cards....my guestion is should I put my profile photo on my business card like real estate agents do, or just use my logo with NO profile photo?

Another thing you consider doing is to form some type of corporation or a LLC.  

We need to get a major employer or some corporate offices relocated to the Yo for those areas to ever rebound, and that would just be a start.  

The question is, whether to initiate a S-Corp or LLC for my passive income.
