Typically corporate/bank owned homes are managed by an asset management company.

I negotiate at 70% ARV so the deals I bring are solid and I'd love to work with one single corporate cash buyer that is able to close  on several deals a month.

In doing so, bear in mind that the cost and admin of a corporation is higher and that the tax treatment is different:1.

With that said I'm curious as to what would be the best business set up (sole, LLC or Corporation).
