Condo Rental -> Multifamily LLC/S-Corp?

I have an investment condo that I have been renting out and may be selling in a couple of months. The condo title is in my name. I would like to roll all of the proceeds from the sale into the acquisition of a much larger multi-family property. The potential legal structure of the entity that would be purchasing the multi family property would be an S-Corp or LLC with 3-5 investors.

Would it be ok to roll all of the proceeds of the sale of my condo into a multifamily property if my ownership of the property is held in my name as a 25% owner of the S-Corp or LLC?

Please let me know if anyone has done this before.

Thanks,

Paul
