Property is clean but has all original tile and kitchen.Property for sale - 1345 sq ft, 3/2 not sure of condition but I know owner has lived in it since 1992.

It will be a challenge for most of us to evaluate deals over there, not just because it's India but most of us buy single family homes in distressed condition.

I would say that clearly need a lawyer on such matters.

This means you have to produce a prospectus and subscription documents with all the terms and conditions spelled out.
