I am a real estate agent and I was asked to teach a college level introduction to real estate course at a local private college near me.

I thik it depends on how comprehensive it is.  

Some people need to quit being so judging on here and practice reading comprehension skills before commenting false narratives.

As I mention in my initial response, the only reason I got introduced to him was thru a friend of his, who knew me as an investor and friend for almost 4 years before making the introduction. 

If I understand you better, perhaps I can foster introductions for you, but I know of no bank that caters to flippers.
