Milwaukee Property Managers - Saint Joseph
Hi all,
I was reading an older post that said some property managers won’t go into certain neighborhoods. One property I’m interested in is in the Saint Joseph neighborhood. I am an out of state investor. Do you think I will have trouble finding a property manager for that area?
Thanks!

No I don't think you will have any trouble at all. St Joe's is a popular rental area...many PM's have rentals themselves in that neighborhood.
