Help with teaching!

Posted

I am a real estate agent and I was asked to teach a college level introduction to real estate course at a local private college near me. It will be a 10-week course for two 90-minute classes/week. My plan is to teach the students about the home buying/selling process and the role of an agent and all the different people involved. I want to bring in a lender, escrow/title, inspectors, etc as guest presenters. I would also discuss real estate investing and property analysis, commercial real estate, and the various opportunities in real estate.

Has anyone here done something like this before? Do you have any advice or is there anything you would love to teach on that I missed? I think this would be a great opportunity and I plan to take it, just not sure where to start. Thanks!
