Hello friends,Jason Gilliam here, 37 y/o engineer by trade, but striving to become a full-time real estate investor at some point in the future. 

I've installed engineered hardwood, 12mm laminate and this 7mm laminate.

I have been looking into becoming a Real Estate Investor (Rental Properties & Flips) for a few years now and actually have some experience as a Project Engineer of flipping two properties.

We are using the time it takes to get our marketing engines up and running and the funnel filled to study and learn and study and learn.Regardless what avenue you decide to take, make a plan. 

In some cases they are penalized by the search engines because they are the domains of spammers.

This might cost up to $200,000 (based on previous owner's engineering reports).

Still in the "corporate" world as an engineer, but hoping to change that with real estate investing.

I'm not an expert or a civil engineer, but from what I've read, these things are like paint: it's all about the prep work.
