Hello all,

We are about to replace the old carpet in one of the rental condos we own. Initially we were thinking to replace with carpet again, but i think it will make more sense to put a laminate. I have no experience and knowledge about the this type of flooring. What is the recommend and common kind laminate used in rental properties ? We definitely want something in the mid price range with great durable characteristics. What are the most popular ones, what brands and what is a good price per sq feet ?

Thank you in advance,

Kyle

I've been using the brand Allure from Home Depot.. Per advice from other rehabbers/flippers on this forum. Really good quality and will last a long time! I think it had a 10-15 year warranty. A little more pricey but you're never going to have to replace it if your buying, rehabbing and holding.
