Paid the money for the new recording, but for some reason Zillow is not picking up and displaying this transfer.

Found a property deal from a wholesaler who is letting me have it for 17 K and also found a family that is interested in buying it as land contract with 10% down and remaining rent as $650 a month plus take care of everything else.

One option is to get two home equity loan for $50K each and another option is to get one home equity line of credit for $100 K.

@Leslie Keesee Good question.To my understanding, there is a loan call an 203(k), which bundles up you renovation cost along with your purchase cost into a mortgage.
