My partner and I spent a long time debating which bank had best but at the end of the day realized we are BRRRRing ideally and thus the refinancing numbers were ultimately more important.

I'd just leave it be unless you feel it's a safety hazard for fires having a garage full of flamable junk or an invitation for mice to breed and habitat in countless boxes of old smelly clothes that they'll never wear again. 

I have one that I have closed many house hacking sales with (my own house hack included), and checks off all of the boxes above as well.

My cardboard box hovels kept leaking, the van down by the river got washed away in a flood, and I got evicted from under the railroad bridge.
