One month passed by, then another and another, her saying that she is looking to find a rental place but cant find one, one day i just printed 10 places that were for rent and took it to her lol.  4 months down the road I had to hire an attorney (which i should of done from day 1) and got her out within a month.

You have to market, which takes time: cold calling CL ads, cold calling listing agents who list rentals to see if the owners they represent are in a mood to sell, sending misc. mailers you print yourself because you have a lead but no number to call.
