It's imprudent to get advice from the Internet and just run with it without consulting with a legal counsel.

Found this site on the internet and it seems to be a one stop shop to actually take the rental applications, run credit/background and eviction as well as notify the application if they were rejected or denied.

With how complex this is I doubt they would be able to handle over the internet though.Sometimes if you take it offline they can credit what you have already paid to the total cost.

I concentrate on single family homes...I've acquired a few in the past year and they have been great!

I guess I think drive by callers are maybe less desirable than more intentional searchers who are looking on the Internet?
