Buyer's Agent Needed In South Florida

Greetings Bigger Pockets,

I need a buyer's agent here in south Florida that deals with Investors.

I've been sending out offers to some agents and they reject my offer.

I'm unsure whether it's because my offer is waaay below the ridiculous listing price or they just don't deal with investors! How could I go about finding an agent that deals with investors?
