Anyone use RocketLease for taking applications and screening tenants?

Found this site on the internet and it seems to be a one stop shop to actually take the rental applications, run credit/background and eviction as well as notify the application if they were rejected or denied. They also provide all the forms that would be needed apparently.

Im very interested in this one just wanted to see if anyone out there has any real world experience with them.
