I was riding with a lyft driver this morning and the driver happens to be a retail REA.

One of the best analogies for a real estate syndication is to think of it as an airplane ride.

The lenders mentioned the loan would be in my personal name using my personal credit score which would add to my DTI & possibly drop my score as well. 3/4 of my portfolio isn’t traditional meaning most were financed using commercial loans, private money or DSCR and I would more than likely utilize the same options moving forwards since they allow me to purchase within my entity.I love to group think so has anyway had any experience building their portfolio in this fashion.

Function before fashion, I absolutely love it. 

So, she comes along for the ride.

Based on how you think the overall economic situation will change going forward, you may choose to ride it out (expecting insurance will drop, rents will rise), or consider harvesting equity and redeploying it in a property with a better ROI & ROE (return on Investment / Return on Equity).Here in Louisiana, post-Hurricane Ida, rents skyrocketed due to the massive increase in demand.

As I was on my morning bike ride yesterday I noticed a T@B teardrop camper in the driveway of a nicer home in one of the neighborhoods I typically cruise through and while I've biked by this trailer a hundred times, for some reason it dawned on me that I should purchase one of these and rent it out as an STR. 

Even in the worst situation he wants enough staying power to ride out any storm, while still being aggressive enough to multiply his net worth through investing.

None of us will ever truly learn and know it all, but it's a TON of fun experiencing that ride together!
