Hello Waylon, looking forward to working alongside you. Will help you down the REI Path and if you don't mind you will help me down the Path of helping more Investors starting out.

You can look up my posts and see my background.

I mainly stay in the Commercial forum. But everyone once in a while see Posts coming through. Want to go large in Commercial projects. What software should I use? How do I find investors? Normally I will look at the persons posts to see their background before responding to them. Usually find out they have never done a deal or even owned a house. Don't have an investment type, but they are asking about software. Are 15 years old, which is great but they are starting at the wrong end of the REI spectrum. Hope working with you to help develop some tools and Paths for new investors to use. Would like you to take this opportunity to do your investment, but also to document and make side posts on different topics and to share the tools we develop along the way.

There will be many different comments about read this book or that.  Take this class or that.  Which I think are great. But I would like to give them an outline or roadmap to guide them.

All of our communications will be through this post.  I have turned off any PM between you and me.  This forces all discussion and knowledge to be shown to whoever wants to read this post.  Also, you will see I'm not trying to take your money.  If I'm full of bull, there are a lot of BP posters who will call me on it.  They might have a different take on a subject, which is great.  You build it into the Outline you will share with other investors.

In Iowa waiting on 6 to 12 inches of snow to fall.  So, I will being doing a lot of posts on this post.  At the end of each post, I will assign you action items.  If you don't complete within a week.  I will discontinue helping you.  Also, I'm going to disappear for a week if I don't get back to you.

Action:

1.  Make an Excel spreadsheet.  Label Tab 1 "Why"?
